What the visit can include

The clinician reviews the child's health history and performs the relevant physical examination. Depending on the form and the child's needs, the visit may include measurements, vision or hearing checks, review of immunizations, and discussion of existing conditions or previous injuries.

Any additional testing is based on the clinical assessment and applicable requirements. A school physical is not automatically a package of blood tests, drug testing, or every screening available.
